Today I got some Yong Tau Foo 酿豆腐.
Yong Tau Foo is a Chinese food / cuisine which literally means "stuffed tofu". They are normally stuffed with fish paste. However what I ordered are a few different variations such as includes fried dumpling, okra, bean curd skin (fu zhuk), and steamed vegetables.
Expect some pretty extreme and satisfying crunchy eating sounds.
